Flow VIT® Alicyclobacillus kit

Test kit for the specific detection of living Alicyclobacillus spp. as well as Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris cells in fruit juices, fruit concentrates and similar samples after short pre-enrichment.
VIT (VIT = vermicon identification technology) gene probes provide specificity and speed for detection by binding to target structures inside the relevant living bacteria in fruit sample material. The reagent has been tailored for the CyFlow™ Cube 6 V2m flow cytometer.
