Supra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles is used for verifying and tracking daily fluctuations in the voltage and gain settings of a flow cytometer.

It contains a single population of 3.0-3.59 μm particles with an enhanced UV and Far Red fluorescence intensity at a concentration of approximately 1 × 106 particles/mL. Every particle contains a mixture of fluorophores that enable the particles to be excited at any wavelength from 365-650 nm.

Supra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles

Reagent preparation:

Supra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles is used directly from the vial with no dilution. Vortexing is required for proper resuspension before use. 

 

Examination procedure:

1. Vigorously mix the SRCP vial.

2. Dispense about 10 drops (about 0.5 mL) of Supra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles into a test tube. Protect from exposure to direct light.
