AccuCount Rainbow Particles 10.1-10.9 μm

USE: Shake bottle vigorously or vortex briefly before use.

1. Add the monoclonal antibody of your choice to 100 μL of test sample. Incubate, lyse, wash, and then resuspend in 1 to 2 mL of PBS. If staining and lysing are not needed, just mix a known volume of test sample in 1 to 2 mL of PBS.
2. Add exactly 50 μL of ACRFP-100-10-SPG particles to the suspension. Precision when pipetting is absolutely critical.
3. Run the sample in the flow cytometer and obtain the amount of events for the ACRFP-100-10-SPG particles and your test sample.
4. Calculate the number of cells accordingly.

DO NOT WASH ACCUCOUNT PARTICLES WITH THE SAMPLE PRIOR TO ANALYSIS.
