Immunogen	Leukocytes of a patient suffering from LGL-type leukemia
Antigen Distribution	CD41 (GPIIb) is a transmembrane glycoprotein (integrin family) composed of two chains GPIIb α (heavy chain; 120 kDa) and GPIIb β (light chain; 23 kDa). CD41 is mainly expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes. CD41 interacts with CD61 in the presence of calcium to form a functional adhesive protein receptor.
Usage	The reagent may have application in various test methodologies, including Flow Cytometry. Vial has sufficient volume for 100 tests, if used at 10 μL·/·test. User has responsibility for determining reagent quantity per test for any ASR reagent.
Storage Buffer	The reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution, pH ≈7.4, containing 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide.
Storage	Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Stability	Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
