Background InformationCD70 (TNFSF7, CD27L) is a 50 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the TNF superfamily. It is expressed mainly on activated lymphocytes, including NK cells, and forms trimeric structure. CD70 plays a role in T-cell activation, proliferation and differentiation, in enhancing the generation of cytolytic T cells, and in long-term maintenance of T cell memory. It is also involved in B cell differentiation induced by activated plasmacytoid dendritic cells, which also express CD70.
Storage BufferThe reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution, pH ≈7.4, containing 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide.
StorageAvoid prolonged exposure to light. Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
StabilityDo not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
